Engineering students at Karachi's Iqra University have manufactured the first ever solar powered rickshaw - the cost of charge is estimated to be only Rs1/kilometer. Not only is it economical but also very environmentally friendly! This solar powered rickshaw is fully automatic with a maximum speed of 60km/h. The "Solect Hybird" will be on display at the upcoming Engineering Projects Exhibition in Islamabad.
